① Plumia: From Big Idea to Global Mobility Think Tank
Over four years, I built Plumia from a tech utopian dream into a recognised mobility think tank, defining its narrative, public positioning, and institutional credibility across Europe.

This feature marked a milestone in Plumia’s public profile, framing the organisation as a serious contributor to debates on migration, labour markets, and citizenship while grounding vision and ambition in political feasibility and economic reality.

② Nomad Visas: Thought Leadership
I led the development of the first cross-border policy framework for digital nomad visas, designed to help governments operationalise new approaches to talent mobility.
📑 Policy Paper
The framework addressed labour demand, taxation, compliance, and political feasibility, and was adapted across 20+ national contexts in collaboration with diplomats, local experts, chambers of commerce, and tourism bodies.

🏛️ UN IOM Presentation
I was invited to present the policy paper at the UN IOM.
Using case studies from Europe, North America, and Asia, I showed how digitally mobile workers can be integrated into local economies and communities, and how governments can design and scale visa pathways that support economic contribution, social integration, and political viability.

I advised the founder of SafetyWing and Plumia on keynote positioning for an ideologically charged audience, shaping the narrative arc and calibrating tone to land as pragmatic, credible, and ambitious.

I pitched and supported the development of this feature from idea through to publication, delivering SafetyWing’s most high-profile media coverage at the time.
